Bruce Mullen, MD

Bruce Mullen, MD is Board-Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation by the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners. Dr. Mullen earned his Medical Degree at the University of California, Irvine. He completed a Medicine Internship at Stanford University in California. Also at Stanford University he completed his Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency with extensive training in interventional pain techniques.

Dr. Mullen is a physiatrist with more than 20 years of experience in spine care, chronic pain management, rehabilitation, work-related injuries, and nerve testing. Dr. Mullen formerly served as Medical Director/Chief of Staff at Carson Rehabilitation Center in Carson, Nevada; Medical Director at Tahoe Pacific Hospital in Sparks, NV; and Medical Director of Carson Comprehensive Pain Management Program in Carson City, NV.

Dr. Mullen is a member of the American Medical Association, American Congress of Rehabilitation Medicine, and American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Dan Brady, DC, PA-C

When patients meet with Dr. Brady, they are actually seeing two specialists.  He not only has 19+ plus years serving patients as a chiropractic doctor, he also provides medicine as a physician assistant.  Dan earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree at Palmer West Chiropractic College in San Jose, CA.  He then later went back to school in 2012 to earn his master’s degree in physician assistant studies at the University of North Dakota.

Dan’s motivation has always been to help those who are in pain and uses methods to personalize his care to best suit the patients needs.  After he graduated from University of North Dakota, he practiced in primary care for a short period of time, only to go back to help patients in pain.  With Dan’s background he can provide his patients with both alternative therapies and the most up-to-date conventional methods, such as epidurals injections, nerve ablations, and other joint injections. 

He now brings his experience to Spine Care and Rehabilitation with Dr. Mullen, MD in Carson City, NV. 

In Dan's free time, he loves to play tennis, golf, and fish. He is happily married with two beautiful daughters who are currently in high school.
